Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policies

Shipping

Most orders will be shipped the next business day via USPS.

Exceptions:

1. If an order has a problem, such as an unrecognized or incomplete address, we will contact the customer before shipping to resolve the problem before shipping the order.
2. If FedEx or UPS shipping was requested (and paid for), then the order will be sent via the selected carrier.
3. On rare occasions, we recieve more orders in one day than the shipping department can possibly get packed and labeled.  In that case, any remaining orders will be shipped first the next business day.
